CEO/President Ray Louder
Mr. Louder, Founder, CEO and sole owner of FRSIS, is responsible for executing the company’s strategic vision, establishing and maintaining the corporate culture, achieving economic goals, determining line of business pursuits and directing personnel and infrastructure investments in support of maintaining FRSIS’ ability to perform for clients. After serving in the United States Air Force, Ray has an IT career spanning more than 30 years supporting the Department of Defense and commercial industries. His experience in the IT industry includes specialization in project management, systems and security engineering, network design, configuration management, implementation support and Microsoft training/certifications. He founded FRSIS in October 2003 with the desire to provide high level IT services to government and commercial customers with a lean responsive, flexible force of highly experienced IT professionals. Ray’s vision, drive and leadership have established FRSIS as a premier provider of computer engineering services in the highly competitive IT industry.

COO Don Scherbinske
Mr. Scherbinske, Chief Operating Officer (COO), is responsible for assisting the CEO in executing the company’s strategic vision, establishing and maintaining the corporate culture, achieving economic goals, determining the line of business pursuits, and directing personnel and infrastructure investments in support of maintaining FRSIS’ ability to perform for clients. Don is also an airline captain. Prior to being named COO, Don retired from the US Air Force as a lieutenant colonel after 20 years of service, where he served as a pilot and commander. Using his proven leadership, he oversees the daily operation of the company while executing an overarching strategy focused on making and keeping FRSIS a premier provider of computer engineering services in the IT industry.

Corporate Secretary/Treasurer and Facilities/Office Manager Alicia-Marie Smith
Ms. Smith, Facilities/Office Manager, is responsible for supporting the operations of the company from office supplies all the way up to facilities acquisition. Her duties also include management of Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Accounts. Alicia has over 40 years of experience in accounting in Healthcare, Non-profits, Retail, Warehouse, and Military environments. Volunteering is an integral part of her life with such organizations as Rebuilding Together Metro Denver, The Center, Komen Race for the Cure, Special Olympics, and MDA Camp. She is the Treasurer for her Harley Owners Group Chapter and spends time volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House in Aurora, CO.
